Delete your account

This is for your Footy Fits account in the app and on the scrapbook site.

What’s deleted

Scrapbooks you haven’t ordered, with their photos and videos
Designs you’ve saved, and teams you started, with their squad, badge and photos
Your place on scrapbooks and teams other people shared with you
Your profile, delivery details and notification settings

What we keep

Records of orders you’ve paid for, which the law requires us to keep, and printed scrapbooks so their QR codes keep working. Your account is locked and can’t be signed into again. Photos you added to someone else’s scrapbook stay in their book.

Orders on footyfits.co.uk are held by our shop (Shopify). To have those removed too, email info@footyfits.co.uk.

Signed up in the app with a code? In the app, go to Account → Delete account. Or email info@footyfits.co.uk from the email address on your account and we’ll delete it within 7 days.
